Wavetech was contracted to provide an independent calculation of the recoverable oil reserves of the Tailakovskoye and Palynyaskhskoye Fields in western Siberia. The subject fields were delineated with over 50 wells.
In addition to the reserves calculation, a field development deliverability calculation was performed so that necessary surface facilities could be correctly designed. To achieve this analysis, a limited performance simulation was undertaken. The complexity of this particular simulation was restricted in scope only by the available data. |
